Setup

Put the players in two lines starting on one baseline.  Each player in the left line needs a basketball.

Instructions

The front player in both lines face each other.  The player with the basketball begins the drill by passing to the player across from him.  Both players begin down the court (either shuffling or running) passing the basketball back and forth as they go.  Stop at the other end of the court.  When one group gets to the three point line the next group can go.

Variations

Use all the different types of basketball passes.  Chest pass, bounce pass, overhead pass etc.  Allow the kids to finish with a layup or jumpshot at the other end.

Coaching Points

Focus on proper passing technique.  Also focus on accuracy and footwork.  Do not let the players go too fast.  Make sure they are in control and making each pass correctly. No travelling!
